1. Your Registration into the Who-is-Who-Listing is only valid:
a) if the obligation fields have been filled in
b) if you send 1 Photo of the Pilot and 1 Photo (or more) of your Balloon to publish them on you data-sheet
c) if the data marked with * can be published on you data-sheet
2. If some of your data (i.e. Address, Phonenumber etc.) must not published on your data-sheet, please let us know under write down in "Further indications and informations"
3. After we received your registration we will contact you as soon as possible to organize the transfer of the photos
4. There is no legal claim for a registration - the registration is free of charge.
5. The administrator/operator of this Internet-Pages is exemted from any reqirements to him.
6. The administrator/operator does not send your data to a third person
7. The customer himself is responsible for the correctness of his data.
